Raincrow Countryside Band/Indiana Raincrows
The second band I was in. The first was the Bogus Brothers, with Howard Vogel and Jimmy Robertson. We played one gig that I'll never forget at the Carroll County Hoedown in Kentucky where we met the inimitable Willie Livers!
The Raincrows (eventually changing the name to The Indiana Raincrows) was Dillon Bustin's creation with his then wife, Kathy Restle. Dillon played mostly banjo and sang. Kathy and I played fiddle. Bob Herring played guitar and hammered dulcimer.
